Takis Proios holds a Diploma in Architectural Engineering from UTH ( Arch. Dipl. 2017) and the University of Patras, Department of Building Renovation and Restoration (Dipl. Eng. 2011). Participation in six architectural competitions: four in Greece, one in Cyprus, and one in Barcelona, Spain, where he achieved a third-place distinction. Based in Athens and Skopelos, the practice focuses on apartment renovations, residential buildings including maisonettes and multi-storey buildings in Athens, and the restoration and preservation of traditional architecture in Skopelos
